  1. Mix Flour salt, sugar and dry milk
  2. Make a well in flour mixture and add water
  3. sprinkle yeast on top.
  4. let stand until yeast bubbles a little
  5. Add Crisco and knead well
  6. Place in a bowl, cover with a towel and set in warm dry place
  7. Let rise until double in size

Cinnamon Rolls

Directions

  1. Roll out dough 1/4 to 1/2 inches thick
  2. Spread with 4 tbsp of butter (softened)
  3. Sprinkle with 3/4 cup sugar and 4 tsp cinnamon
  4. roll up tightly
  5. cut into 1″ slices
  6. place on pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray
  7. set aside and let double in bulk
  8. bake 25 to 30 minutes at 375 degrees

Frosting

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add 3/4 cup confectioners sugar, 3 tbsp hot water, 2 tsp melted butter, 1/2 tsp of vanilla.
  2. Mix well, spread onto fully cooked cinnamon rolls
